  • How do I order Homewood Chocolates?
    Now it's easier than ever to order online. Don't forget to include your billing information, in case we need to reach you regarding your order. Your billing information entered must match the address assigned to your credit card.
  • How do I contact you directly?
    HOMEWOOD CHOCOLATES Customer Service representatives are available to take your telephonic enquires between 9am and 5pm IST Monday through Thursday, and 9am IST - 12pm IST on Fridays. Customer Service is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please call the tel numbers mentioned at the bottom of the website. If you are viewing this site on a mobile phone, then simply tap the quick link button at the bottom right of your screen to call or email us directly from your phone.
  • Do I get an order confirmation?
    Right after you place your order, you will receive an order number which confirms that your order went through successfully. We will send you an email notification when your order ships, along with a tracking number.
  • Do I pay extra for shipping?
    Depending upon the size of your order and the distance of your location from our point of shipping, the delivery/shipping charges will be levied extra. We do have a free shipping policy on some of our products, based on the quantity of your purchase.
